Are you an experienced RPG developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on impactful IT applications? We're seeking a motivated Analyst-Programmer (RPG) to join a dynamic team managing a portfolio of essential business applications. This role offers 2 days on-site per week, giving you flexibility while staying connected to the team. What you'll do Collaborate on application evolution projects in partnership with analysts Maintain and improve existing RPG applications Translate functional specifications into technical solutions while respecting existing systems Follow standardized development methodologies to ensure accuracy and clarity in all business requirements Analyze and review change requests Perform periodic IT tasks as required Work closely with a skilled development team Apply your knowledge of high-quality development practices to deliver reliable solutions What we're looking for Several years of proven experience in a similar role Strong expertise in RPG development (RPG IV, RPG ILE, RPG ILE Free Format) Solid knowledge of SQL and DB2 Familiarity with IBM Power Systems (iSeries) is a plus Knowledge of CL programming is an asset Strong team spirit and ability to work independently Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what matters most Flexible, attentive to deadlines, and motivated Embraces change as a positive factor for organizational growth Fluent in French or Dutch, with the ability to understand the other; English proficiency is a plus Why this opportunity is great Work with important applications that impact business processes daily Join a supportive, collaborative team Flexible schedule: only 2 days on-site per week Gain experience maintaining and evolving legacy RPG systems in a professional, structured environment If you're an RPG-savvy developer who enjoys structured work, solving real problems, and contributing to meaningful applications, this could be your next challenge!
